To My Dear Patients,
It is with such mixed emotions that I’m writing you this letter. After 35 years of providing care for my patients, I have decided to close my medical practice. My last day of seeing patients will be July 23, 2026.
It is difficult for me to put into words what taking care of you has meant to me. What began as a profession, quickly became a true calling, shaped by each of you. I have treasured listening to so many personal stories, watching your families grow, and providing support during difficult and challenging times. I will carry your trust and your kindness with me forever.
It has been such a gift to be able to provide care to you over the years, and it is important that you continue to receive medical treatment.
For my general gynecology patients, you can choose to continue treatment with Generations Ob/Gyn. You can alternatively contact your insurer to find another in-network provider. Beginning July 30, 2026, requests for gynecology medical records can be made in writing at the following address:

For my infertility patients, there has been no greater gift than helping you conceive and fulfilling your dreams. You can choose to continue treatment with Dr. Carole Kowalczyk at the Michigan Center for Fertility and Women's Health. You can alternatively contact your insurer to find another in-network provider. ABOUT DR MOSKOVITZ
Dr. Moskovitz has been serving our community locally, nationally, and internationally in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility for the past 25 years.
Dr. Moskovitz graduated from the University Of Michigan with honors with a degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. After one year of working on a Ph.D. in Biophysics at the University of Michigan, she decided to pursue a degree in medicine. Four years later she graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine.
She then completed a four-year residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. It was at this point she knew she wanted to concentrate on Reproductive Medicine. She then completed a two-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
Since then she has been in private practice, helping countless couples achieve their goals of helping them conceive. Dr. Moskovitz is in solo practice and gives every patient personal and individualized attention.
